Fully compatible quick-change collet offering propels Forkardt Hardinge Growth

Forkardt Hardinge now interchangeable with any competitor’s quick-change collets

Elmira, New York, 6/7/2024 – Forkardt Hardinge is excited to announce that we have expanded   our Quick-Change collet product portfolio.  For over 5 years, Forkardt Hardinge has offered Quick-Change collets and chucks under our FlexC product name.  Over that time Forkardt Hardinge has focused on the sizes of 42mm, 65mm and 80mm supporting customer requirements of 3” and under.  In 2023, Forkardt Hardinge’s engineers and manufacturing team began an initiative to build out the largest quick-change product offering the industry. Now in 2024, Forkardt Hardinge is happy to announce that all sizes including 32mm, 42mm, 52mm, 65mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 140mm and 160mm are released and ready for customer orders.

“Our goal for this initiative was to not only build out the product family, but to make sure our collets can be interchangeable with other Quick-Change chucks” says Buddy Kondikoff, Forkardt Hardinge Product Manager.  “Forkardt Hardinge feels strongly that customers will make the choice to purchase our collets on chucks supplied from competitors”, Kondikoff continues.  Forkardt Hardinge quick changes collets are 100% Made in the USA, have over 10 million life cycle tests completed, go through rigorous run out and quality checks during the manufacturing process and save customers up to 31% over competitor quick-change workholding manufacturers. “Our growth is not yet over, Forkardt Hardinge will continue to innovate and enhance our portfolio to bring other workholding solutions to our customers”, Kondikoff adds.
